Crypto Trading Fees
Bicoince trading fees by VIP tier: spot maker and taker rates, perpetual futures fees and BCX staking discounts.
How are Bicoince trading fees calculated?
By VIP tier. Your tier comes from your 30-day trading volume, and each tier has its own maker and taker rate — the table on this page is served from the same schedule the trading engine charges against, so what is shown here is what is charged. Holding or staking BCX unlocks further discounts on top of your tier.
What is the difference between a maker and a taker fee?
You are a maker when your order rests on the book and adds liquidity, and a taker when your order fills immediately against an order that was already there. Maker rates are the lower of the two at every tier, which is why a limit order that waits usually costs less than a market order that does not.
Are withdrawal fees included in these rates?
No. The maker and taker rates cover trading only. Withdrawal network fees are charged separately and at cost — they are what the blockchain itself charges to move the asset, so they vary with network conditions rather than with your VIP tier.
Do I pay a trading fee on perpetual funding?
No — funding is not a fee and none of it goes to Bicoince. It is a periodic payment exchanged directly between the long and short holders of a perpetual contract, and it is what keeps a contract with no expiry near its reference price. The fee you pay on a perpetual is the maker or taker rate for that market, charged when the order fills.
