What is Bicoince?

A crypto exchange for spot trading, perpetual futures settled in USDT or USDC, TradFi perpetual contracts, options, Earn, P2P and OTC. It runs in any browser and is available in 18 languages. TradFi markets are cash-settled perpetual contracts that track shares, indices, commodities and currencies — you hold a derivative, never the underlying asset.

Does Bicoince hold my crypto, or do I?

Both arrangements exist side by side, and which one applies depends on the wallet you are using. The custodial exchange holds balances for you, the way an exchange normally does. The self-custodial DEX wallet does not: there, an order is signed by your own wallet and executes on Hyperliquid for USDC markets or Aster for USDT, on your own account at that venue rather than on the Bicoince order book. They are separate places with separate balances.

How do I contact Bicoince, and how do I know a message is really from Bicoince?

Support is the in-app chat when you are signed in, or support@bicoince.com for anything less urgent. WhatsApp handles general enquiries only, never account or security matters, because a signed-in chat is the only channel that can verify who you are. And the part worth remembering: Bicoince never messages you first, and will never ask for an OTP, a password, a seed phrase or remote access to your device. Anyone doing so is not us.

What languages is Bicoince available in?

Eighteen: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Vietnamese, Hindi, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Thai and Indonesian. The language is chosen in the app and applies to the interface; market data and instrument names stay in their standard form.
